Whatever it was, he has completely readjusted it now. I am just super paranoid with my frogs and I have heard of them thrwing up their stomachs before so I freaked out.
I am not sure. I thought at first it was his tongue too, but it looked more membrane like. Maybe if his tounge got flipped upside down....I don't know. Lol I am just so paranoid with my frogs! He...
There was some residue from me dumping dusted crickets in the critter keeper such as calcium dust and some cricket poo that I needed to clean out but haven't yet. could he have gotten something in...
So, I am feeding my White's tree frog tonight. I have a little plastic kritter keeper that I put crickets in and just let my little white's jump from his viv into there and eat. He is spoiled and...
Oh he is just cute!
I am soooo glad to hear that Lucky is doing well! Please keep us updated with pictures and if Lucky has eaten.
Thanks, it seems to be healing well again. He is eating like a horse and acting like his normal self. I will move him in with my other White's just as soon as he is big enough :)
Scaphiophryne marmorata maybe?
Sorry I can't be more help to ID them, but what sweet little faces!
Glad to hear that the frog is still doing better.

I truly hope that your frog recovers, please keep us updated. Praying for the little guy/gal!

Those are great pictures!
Both amazing frogs. I have never kept either one of them personally, but I know if I set up another enclosure I would go for amazon milks :) Totally up to you though :) Check out care sheets on both...
Yes, it is an awkward whole body thing and they open their mouth and it looks a little like yawning when they shed.
I have only had Nugget since November, so almost 4 months. He was a tiny little thing when I got him, maybe an inch or so. He has probably trippled in size already. I have another White's that I have...
Oh, now she is just cute. Love those chunky legs.
Oh, sorry that you didn't end up getting that guy. Keep us updated as to what you got from the show :)
Just beacuse he is cute and I had the camera out the other night. The second pic of him stalking a cricket is my favorite.
When I fed Nugget tonight I took a couple pictures of his nose. There is a small red spot next to the larger one between his nostrils. This is how it was before and it healed well but I wish I knew...
I posted here a while back because Nugget, my young whites had a red spot on his nose. Thought it could have been a cricket bite or from careless and enthusiastic feeding. Anyways, I kept an eye on...
