Severe stress causes them to flip over on their backs. what does your setup look like and what are the conditions within?
As for the leaning to one side, I've. heard that a respiratory infection can cause this by turning into pneumonia and the fluid moving to one side of the frog causing it to lean from the weight. if the condition worsens then its Vet time.

A lot of the don't like being sprayed. I never spray my frogs dIrectly. I do mIst the enclosures now and then for extra moIsture, but my Hygrotherm and Reptifogger keep the humdity spot on. I get them out once or twice a week and soak them in warm de-chlorinated water and while they're soaking ill pour some warm de-chlorinated water over their backs.

I just found him again upside down. Should I place him in water?

Do you have 3 sides of the enclosure covered with a background?

If he's flipping, don't leave him in water to soak. He could drown or inhale water.
