If it still has a bit of tail left, you won't need to worry about feeding it just yet. That tail is being absorbed for sustenance. How soon it needs to feed depends on the species and individual. Some will go after food even before the tail completely disappears; some won't until days after. Either way, it will require live, moving food - no lettuce. As a general rule of thumb, food should be no longer than the width of the frog's head. At this size, I think pinhead to 1/8" crickets, fruit flies and extra small phoenix worms would work.
