Fire Bellied Newts Care

I have built up a tank for fire bellied newts. I have a semi aquatic tank with a filter and some land and water areas.


I have kept these species before (tried 3 times with little success). The thing that I fail at is their food requirements. What do these guys eat. Should I do live food or frozen food. Or should I give them newt and salamander bites.
