Great advice, friendly people, and lots of frogs!
You can also use a steril cotton swab dipped in Bactine. It reduces infection very well.
A minor cut won't bleed vey much. Treat it with the original Neosporine like I said. This will prevent infection and speed healing. You also now need to search your enclosure to find out what harmed your frog and remove it. Sharp objects can kill your frog quickly. They jump around a lot and can easily be harmed because they don't notice things like sharp edges.
How bad is the cut? If its minor you need to clean the cut carefully with fresh de-chlorinated water. Next you put some Neosporine(original not the kind that contains a painkiller) on the wound. Do this 2 to 3 times a day until it heals. You can also consult the frog first aid article on the forum.
