  1. How is Orion doing? Any improvements? Is he hunting on his own at all? Hope all is well.
  2. Thanks-I will check it out in detail. And, no, you're not helping...but I don't mind the encouragement at all! Lol.
  3. Haha! Well if you travel all that way...you might as well buy something! Sorry...im not helping am i? Check out this link for BC Rosy Boas BC Reptile Club • Login
  4. Great idea-thanks. I think with the first show, I would be an observer. And absolutely no money, credit or debit cards allowed near my persons cause I just know I would find something. And I have a 10 gallon and a 55 gallons sitting empty....lol!
  5. You would see Cresties for sure, I dont know about the boa but there were a lot of snakes last time. You can go on Welcome to dasnakes.com and start a post asking about what you would like to find. Sometimes breeders will bring in certain animals if they are requested.
  6. Thanks. I might have to make a trip down there. I also found a Reptile Rescue near the coast. I might contact them as an Amphibian Rescue is something I am planning for the future. In the meantime, I am looking for Crested Geckos and a Rosy boa, but I want to make sure any animal I get is captive bred. How is Norman doing? I bet he has grown!
  7. Yes! I went to the first two, this will be the third. Its dangerous though, every time I go I pick up a new animal! The last show I got my baby Veiled Chameleon. Its out in Abbotsford on Oct 30/31st I believe. They do not have a lot of frogs, I remember seeing whites and red eyes but nothing exotic. Maybe this show will be different?
  8. Greetings! Are you part-or do you know about-the B.C. Reptile show? I thought I saw something about an upcoming show in October, but I can't find anything saying where or when exactly. Thanks!
  9. Good news about Bruce-I hope he gives his new owner many years of nips! Lol. All my frogs are doing good-just recently accepted two Green Treefrogs that were at the petstore for over a year. They seem to be settling in nicely, though they are different than I thought they would be. Now I've been asked to house 3 African Clawed frogs as well-my dream of becoming an Amphibian Rescue is happening before I'm ready! My daughter loved the Basilisks and now wants one....sigh....Lol!
  10. Hey! Bruce did find a new home. The person who took him has tons of experience with pac mans so i thought it was a good match. I have even received an update from his new owner saying he is eating like a pig and has become very nippy/aggressive which is healthy for a budgett's frog!
I actually purchased that magazine because of the budgetts article and the basilisk article! How are you frogs doing?
