Hello my gold tree frogs are awesome and i wanna hold them and etc but they jump around alot does that mean there unholdable

I have 6 grey tree frogs there from the wild and i have an old turtle tank that i put them in, i put in dirt from my back yard and made a area for water to put in tadpoles. i added branches with leaves in for like a jungle look and have a big wood block in there with a small rock. I NEED SERIOUS HELP like tips or anything.
