Great advice, friendly people, and lots of frogs!
Hi Tanz, I apologize for not getting back to you sooner! I have been terribly busy :P All of the plants I have in my terrariums are wild (I gathered them from outside). I too have had trouble getting them to grow at first, mainly as a result of troubles with lighting and watering. Because the plants I gathered were in a shady and moist area, I found that keeping the light on for a long time would csuse them to die. So, I dim the light so it's not as intense. I also mist the terrarium twice a day to ensure sufficent moisture, in addition to the weekly watering. Do you have a filtration system set up in your terrarium? This helps filter excess water to the bottom. Daily maintance, i.e. removing fecal matter, also helps with the health of your vivarium. Let me know if there's anything else you need help with .
