How is your other fella going??

1: How do you keep a stressed out frog in a dish of water (Or water+honey) if it is stressed out? Won't it normally try to flee when a human picks it up?
Put it in an appropriate sized bowl with enough solution so it can't drown and cover it. leave it alone so it will calm down.

2: Why only 30 minutes? Could I leave the solution in it's cage over night or would it spoil and make the frog ill?
All you are trying to do is re-hydrate the animal, not treat a disease. Pedialyte works just as well.
