    Hey man, just pretty much navigate your way to forum index, its on the top right just under the frog forum web banner (the image of the dart frog at the top), then find the topic for PacMan frogs and at the top of the page there should be a tab that says something like 'create new thread' or something like that, click it and write away.

    You should ask these questions in the forum. I'll answer them here but please ask further questions on the forum itself. No UV. I wouldn't use a black light - use a "moon" light or a red light for night viewing. It may take it some time to get used to nightcrawlers but they're a better food than crickets.
