    Hope all is well !

I just posted 2 photos of my carnivorous plants.
Imagine that. I didn't kill them over the winter
They wintered in my front ( un-heated) sun room. Burrrr

They're happy...Blooming ! I move them around outside > location depending on the weather.

Well Griff i woke up this morning and got my wife off to work . I heard dean calling again and went in to see why he was calling so much . somehow he got over the divider in the tank and is sitting behind Samantha calling to her .She hasn't eaten him so maybe i should wait to see if they mate? The fogger is on overtime so i think it is simulating a rainy season .

Thanks for all the help you've given me in the past (and will probably give me in the future), without you two I would only know a fraction about what I know about frogs today.
Me and my frog colony thank you both.

Ok, thanks for the advice! Eitherway, luckely I won't be needing it, I decided to give my baby a honeybath for a 3rd day in a row, since she's such a champ and isn't botherd by me or the baths at all, and she pooped out what I believe to be the final big chunk. She's now even on both sides, no swelling and I can't wait to feed her in an hour. I believe these 2 days of fasting drove her crazy, she even attempts to eat my finger during baths.
Thanks again for all your advice!

Hey Grif, I have a small question again... If it would come to me using mineral oil, wouldn't a plant based oil be better? If it's just to lube up the insides, it seems to me jojoba oil would make a better substitute then mineral oil. Jojoba oil is actually 100% safe for consumption, or is mineral oil really better?

No worries Grif, I wouldn't blame you guys if the gender turned out male. I know it's a well calculated guess based on the skull shape and there still are exceptions. But honestly, my gut tells me female on this one.
Big thanks to the both of you!

I actually have more pictures today, When I offered him a cricket on my hand, he took it and climbed onto my hand! I'm not sure if it was the heat or he's getting a little attached to me, but he seemed to enjoy sitting on it. When I took him off and put my hand down infront of him again, he climbed on again. I seem to have some luck with albino's, both of them are absolute sweethearts and seem attached to me. Looking at the skull from my beginners POV (could be 200% wrong) I'm going with female.

There is always more to learn. Frogs are amazing creatures and I greatly enjoy observing them and caring for them. This forum has aided greatly in my search for reliable information. My goal here is to learn and to help others learn. I don't claim to be an expert- I am not. But I try to help people and their frogs whenever possible. I believe that when you take an animal into your care, you have an ethical responsibility to provide the best care possible.

Now I have eight horned frogs, and I spend WAY too much time on this forum!!

Frog addiction has set in. We now have eight horned frogs. A brown Cranwelli named Grif, two green Cranwellis named Loki and Pariah, a Green Apple named Malachite, a super red- blue line Ornata named Sanguine, a Samurai Blue namved Nephilim, a green Caatinga named Mycena, and a brown Caatinga named Luciferin. They are all amazing in their own way and each have a unique personality.
