he is doing much better thanks, he has a little belly now which makes me pleased. I've been making sure he has pleanty of food in a 1 litre yoghurt pottle when I clean his enclosure cos his cage is quite big and I couldn't tell if he was catching enough, i still have flies in with him most of the time too though. I was thinking of getting a couple of taddy's so my kids caqn watch them morph and Eric has a few mates. got any advice on that front for me?

I heard my frog yell today Zac, I had to tell somebody who knows what the heck i'm on about. I was gonna clean out his enclosure and he was running away from me. I scooped him up to put into a container so he didn't get squished and I heard this noise, whats that, is that you Eric? hahaha what a strange noise. shame that he is still worried i'm gonna eat him tho.

Hi Zac..It really depends on the temperature. If I remember correct I think it took Mork and Mindy about two months from tadpole to frog. It wouldnt have been more than that anyway. You will begin to see tiny little legs grow out the back and they will grow and form before the arms appear. They wont take too much longer after the arms are out to start to climb up out of the water. Make sure you have easy access out of the water as they can drown.

    Hi Zac,
I would feed them every day as much as they can eat in one session. They are growing so need it.

Hi Zac, It is hard top find food this time of year. Locust and Crickets would be your next option. You can get then from trade me. If the temperature has dropped in their enclosure as well then they will slow down with their eating anyway.

Hi Zac, With young frogs I feed them as much as they can eat while they are growing. When they are adults you can feed them every second day as much as they can eat. Be careful when feeding to many meal-worms as they can cause impaction which can be fatal. I feed them as a treat type food.
