Default Hi, I'm Kyle buying Tomato Frogs

    Hi
I知 new on this website. I知 buying some tomato frogs and was wondering should I have my frogs shipped to me or should I buy them at petsmart.

ps: I have a 40 gallon tank with a divider in it and on one side I have a western toad that likes warm temps would it be okay to put my tomato frog on the other side.
    thanks for your help

    Welcome aboard.

I think it would be a better idea if you didn't use the same tank for these two frogs. Give the tomato a seperate enclosure, that way you avoid cross contamination and diseases.

As far as where to buy it, I can't really say. Is the animal at Petsmart appear healthy? Does the mail order shipper gurantee live delivery? Try to consider all the pros and cons before making your decision.

What color is it? I know this may sound like a dumb question, but tomato frogs are sexual dimorphic. Females are red/orange and males are yellow.

Kurt are they really? I didn't know that. I would eventually like to have some tomato frogs, I think they are adorable blobs.
    God bless,
