My best friend owns a reptile store in Stanton called Reptile Island, they usually have some pretty neat stuff there including my dart frog displays. You could also check out Prehistoric Pets in Huntington Beach, but they charge admission.

    Agree...Prehistoric Pets is a fun shop-stop.

Drive an hour to San Diego Zoo!

I live in Fullerton and I went to Reef Tropical Fish store to get my tadpoles. They really don't have any reptiles, just a few amphibians and lots of amazing fish. It's pretty nice to see in my opinion. (https://plus.google.com/115353546523...ut?gl=us&hl=en) If you head down Brookhurst, you can go to the reptile zoo which isn't far at all! Totally worth the short drive. They have the world's largest snake!!! (https://plus.google.com/114728146473...ut?gl=us&hl=en)(the Reptile Zoo) I personally bought my snake at La Habra Pets which is also a short drive from Fullerton. They have an outstanding collection of reptiles and it's free to look around unlike the reptile zoo. They also have everything else for your reptiles including live food (which you can pay to watch some of the reptiles to eat!) and equipment. Hey, maybe you'll come home with a snake in a butter dish like I did!

Hoped I helped, too bad I can't go with you. I am a very busy person.
