Probably mold. I'd recommend adding springtails and isopods. It's normal for mold in the first weeks of a vivarium.

Re: Help! :( make sure you clean the tank every 2 weeks or so as mould can grow from moisture in the air.mould grows on the bottom of my frog tank and i just wash it out with water
