Ok. Thinking about breeding african dwarf frogs. BUT, when do I stop feeding infusoria, and move on to other foods such as baby brine shrimp?

Also, whats daphnia and vinegar eels? I want to figure out a very simple chart like thing. Not an obscure idea. Thanks in advance.
