Roaches make a great portion of a diet but you really should provide a varied diet; small roaches, crickets, wax worms, etc. The roaches will have to be small and not too chitinous, i'm not a roach expert so i'm not sure if Dubia fit that bill. As for Dendrobates, you almost always feed fruit flies and termites, occasionally very small crickets depending on the species.

For red-eyed leaf frog diets see the care sheet.

I think i will do a wingless fruit fly and dubia roaches due to they make no noise like crickets.
Immature crickets are silent. Only the adults make noise.
