Hormone administration is a tricky (and actually dangerous to you) process. It's very difficult to regulate absorption through the skin as well. Dart frogs are perhaps the easiest frogs to breed, so I would pursue other avenues if I were you.

Hi,
new member.
I have a small collection of dart frogs. I would like to get them to breed, but have not had success. I have read a few articles about hormone therapy to induce spawning. I would like to try this, but I hesitate to inject these tiny frogs. I was wondering if there is any chance that a hormone would be able to be absorbed through the skin. Or any other non-invasive way to administer the hormone.
thanks,
