this website is bull**** . everytime i need help no one is on ! i go in the chat i am the only one there . where the **** can i find help . please someone with frog experience contact me . got a couple of questions and spend big money on my Red-Eyed Leaf Frog ! check out my pica guess i am bout to join another frog website cuz no one helps me ?

    Very seldom have I seen anyone useing chat... but 90% of the time I get responded to that day when posting. Sorry if you have not had this experience here. Personally it has been the best decision I could have made as a tree frog owner.

    Maybe people don't even know this website has the chat thingy? The chat section is inconspicuous. At least I had not known it until I saw this blog. I thought this site had forum and blog only.

    Due to the time differences across the US, it is definitley tricky to use the Chat feature, although not entirely impossible. But replies are usually posted within a reasonable period (under 24 hours), so don't give up. Lot of intelligent, educated people on the site who care. Good luck!
