Froggy style

I've never purchased frogs from them, but I have purchased plenty of dry goods. I find their email communication to be lousy, but their products are good. While I can understand why they might be hesitant to deal with returns for frogs (their frogs seem to be very good quality from what I've seen in person and the feedback I've seen from others), I do think they should have at least talked about it with you. As a business, they do a lot of it over the phone, so I'm a little mystified about how they didn't answer the phone to you. That doesn't make sense to me. Let me know what you think.
