Great advice, friendly people, and lots of frogs!
I have a number of rainwater collection butts that stand upright about 5 feet. This year one of them contains at least 100 tadpoles of varying sizes (some even have legs whilst others have body the size of a match head). If there had been small number might have thought they arrived as spawn on birds' legs but there seem too many for that. I've rigged a 'platform' so they can get out the top of the butt if they will jump/fall the 5 feet to the ground. Can anyone explain how they got there???
