well, almost done. initial framework went in perfect...HOWEVER...i should have known it wouldn't be all smooth sailing. after a lot of time researching, along with checking out whatever images i could find on google of paludariums, terrariums and vivariums, we decided to go with 'great stuff' as a divider between the land and the water side, as well as a sealant in certain spots (along with DAP 100% silicone aquarium safe DAP Products - Silicone Sealants - DAP® Household/Aquarium Adhesive Sealant). my husband has used it for low voltage jobs in the past, so he knew of its....greatness . i did pretty well applying it, biggest problem was the order we did everything. i won't say because i'm pretty embarrassed about it (definitely a duh moment), but after losing 2 gloves in the sticky mess as well as my hands covered in a goopy, 'great', dirty mess, i think we are finally back on track. hope it will come out as great as i envisioned.
