Hi! I just joined this site because I need some answers!

My fire bellied toad who I've had for nine years isn't doing too well. I've never had any problems with him other than him escaping. He's a hardy little guy, but today I noticed he has a somewhat sharp looking bump above his bum almost as if his spine is protruding. He eats healthy and is not emaciated by any means, which is why this is strange. He's also spreading his legs and pushing as if he's impacted but has no other symptoms. When he tries to get around he almost fully straightens his legs behind him, but doesn't get very far. Does this bump or these symptoms sound familiar? Any advice would be helpful!
