sphagnum moss frog digested

Hi very new to this recently came into the ownership of 3 large tree frogs,and 3 days ago brought a rainforest terrarium for them put the ground coconut husks on the bottom with water dish burried into...some what like a underground pool....then layered the top with sphagnum moss....ive come to notice one of my frogs has digested some moss and trying to remove it he seems ok other than dry reaching from time to time will he be fine or is there something i need to do...please help with this as im worried as a wart as thats just me but i dont want him dying on me...

    my profile picture is of the new setup....the moss covers all the coconut husks soil

    i would be a little worried. How big is the frog ? to help with digestion you could give him daily baths in luke warm water( dechlorinated) which will help him pass the moss.
