The right frog for me?

So after reading all the post on here and looking at all the amazing frogs I am in love with Dart Frogs. Iv done research but wanted to ask a few more questions. My biggest problem is my tank hood I bred all sorts of fish and so i have a few tanks left over from that but all them have fish hoods do i need to replace this with something that is tighter so i can keep humidity up or can i simply seal the hoods i have and use them? My second problem is finding the right kind of frog for me. I want to breed them but being a collage student i cant afford to spend a hole lot on my new frogs and personally i would rather spend less on the frog itself and more on giving it the best home it could have, yet at the same time I don't want to buy sick frogs or anything like that. If anyone could send a link to a website that has healthy good quality frogs that don't cost a TUN plz let me know. I started an Isopod culture just to make sure I know how to culture there food before getting them and so far its been awesome but i was wondering if i should do the same thing with the flys or not. Any advice would be awsome thanks in advance.
Although i might not get my frogs any time soon I already have my false bottom set up and my back drop is in progress Im hopping to find plants soon and have everything ready to go in less then a week. That way my tank is set up and ready. I really cant wait.
