Argentine Horned Frog (Ceratophrys ornata). Tadpole showing specialized mouthparts for tearing and biting animal matter. Unusually for a frog, these tadpoles are carnivorous. The tentacle-like structures are their primary method of attacking prey. Tiny black teeth are arranged in rows inside the mouth.
