Well, not all dwarf's have yellow on their throat. Some look like giants when they are young, so i'm pretty sure that the frog is a dwarf.

Yes, unless if it is a different pyxie that we never discovered. Anytime you see a tan stripe with no other stripes on it's back, and with more yellow than a regular giant would have on it's belly then it is most likely a dwarf.
