Okay so my tadpoles have cloudy eyes and someone suggested to give it eye drops.What would happen if i put some drops of eye drops in my tadpole tank?

You definitely shouldn't do this without veterinary guidance - you need to consult a vet before using any treatment here.
Having said that, may be worth checking your water quality very carefully - cloudy eye, especially in multiple animals, can often be associated with irritation from something in the water.
