Need help sexing

    Default Need help sexing

    I thought for sure this guy was gunna be a male when he was younger, now I'm not so sure. I feel like there should be more color and a broader head for the age. I got him/her on July 10th, and he was about 2" then. What do you guys think?

    Also, this frog has an extreme appetite way more than my 6" female or my fully grown female cranwelli. He downed 7 full nightcrawlers last night and in sure he would have eaten more if I let him, and that was after a fuzzy mouse the on friday.

    I would say he is a male just by looking at the head and that crazy look in his eyes he has a pretty broad head but that's my opinion i am not a 100 percent on that though but great looking frog bud.

    Thanks! I only have 3, so they get the best of everything

    I wouldn't mind is he's a she. But I already have a female (very large female) and it would be nice to add a male into the collection

    Well, I'm 99% sure I got a male, heard/saw him calling today! Throat inflated and everything. It was pretty cool, never saw that before

    you should see just how much that frog can eat, my pixie about half yours size easily eats 5 whole nightcrawlers a feeding, now im starting to think i could be overfeeding

    I stopped mine at 10 the other night... he would have kept going but he looked really bloated. He ended up soaking all night and pooping the next day
